I just ordered a brand new CPU from Amazon. Only problem, it's the wrong one. Now I'm trying to get into contact with Amazon support staff in order to be able to return and refund this shit. But everytime I keep going into the online support chat, it's always some curry hindu dindu name that keeps popping up. The first was someone named "akash", the last time was some guy named "balasubrahmanian". I've already ended the chats before they could even get their first message out. I already know that if I do it another time it's just gonna be a curry hindu dindu name. And im afraid that if I just call in, I'm going to be greeted with a curry accented"hEllO sIR, hoW caN I hElP yoU toDaY?". Is there literally any white people that work at the Amazon staff, or did they completely outsource their support staff to curryland.

Ring them and ask to be transferred, you need to talk to a different department. You don't really need to talkwith anyone. Open a return for wrong item and send it back
