Current stats: 5'8 58kg +-10% bodyfat. Can bench 60kg for like 12 reps, is it possible to go from 60kg bench to 100kg bench in 4 month of natty bulking?

if u looked like this at 6'3 yea u could prolly rep 100

but strength and hypertrophic muscle size work different anyway

no one cares ur bench its all about looks or fighting success

I just want to look like I lift in shirt and strength is the best indicator I guess

No it's not, 75 for reps should be possible if you increase 1kg/week while training twice a week

I benched 140kg as a teen. Yes you can go to a 100kg bench in a few months (if strength genes aren't truecel tier) You gotta get on a proper strength program and bulk up.

100kg is a warm up if you can’t bench 100kg then you are a bitch

It is possible, but not probable.

Started working out 6 months ago, can bench 100kgs for 2 reps, if you're someone who has his proteins and carbs in check, then it's defo possible.

if your a genetic freak maybe some chance

It's over tbh, I couldn't bench more than 60kg in 2 years of lifting
How can you be stuck at 60kg for 2 years? I was doing 80kg for reps at 3 months mark. How do you do your sets?

If you can bench 60kg untrained (some people can) then for sure you can bench 100kg after 4 months natty. But if you're stuck at 60kg currently then it will take a lot longer.

no u dont bro, guys that bench 100kg are always bigger than this
Nah, Ive seen many skinny guys bench 100 kilos that barely look like they lift
