is it possible to grow bones with osteoperosis medications

i was wondering if medications for bone diseases/conditions like osteoperosis and osteogenesis, in theory it might work, but only on some medications that strenghten the bone and create new bone tissue, what are your thoughts

i mean yeah they do stimulate osteoblasts and increase bone density however won't change structure. also density isn't the same as bone size like many interpret it
