Like if your mandible is far and projected along with a good bigonial width I reckon its impossible to have a shitty hyoid.
Hyoid should fix itself when jaw is fixed imo

rarely, i've never seen someone with a very projected mandible and shit hyoid. Worst case you do neck lift or cool sculpting, i've seen your side though, you have no worries

If you have a recessed chin, getting a genio will fix your hyoid

Yes it's possible with genio and it pulls the excess skin from your submental to give tighter hyoid

Technically yes.

In some cases (mine ffs), there's an idiopathic benign growth of glands or lymph nodes in the submandibular region. This kinda rapes my submental especially when I'm bending my neck down. I'm guessing there are other things like this that influence how much hyoid tissue you have.

Apart from that, yes, fw growth does generally come part in parcel with a good hyoid.
