Is it possible to heighten the mentalis fat pad with fat grafting/filler?

Something like this to fraud a higher-set mentalis insertion and shorten that flat stretch below the lower lip and above the mentolabial crease.

I don't think implants can really have any effect on this area as it lies over the gums & teeth—I think it's all just dependent on soft tissue like fat & muscle.
