Is it possible to improve lip-mouth ratio by making the nose less wide?

I've seen most solutions for the lip-mouth ratio being expanding the mouth length (corner-cut surgery, facial stretching, etc). My ratio is around 1.25:1 (unideal).

I feel like my lips are a good size/length, rather it's my nose that is simply too wide. I wonder if there's any non-surgical method to making the nose less wide (to improve mouth-nose ratio), if not then it's fine but I'll have to wait.

People say you can slim down the appearance of the nose by debloating, but it doesn't seem to do a whole lot. Alar base reduction is the only thing that's going to improve your mouth to nose ratio 100% unconditionally

is there a method to make the lips wider? i have big plump lips, and a 37 mm palate but my nose to mouth is 1.2
