There are tons of videos on this topic, yet I haven’t seen anyone truly fix their posture? How is this possible when the videos eclipse like 200m views?
Some people that have had jaw surgery state improvements in posture but yet no evidence.

Those that say they’ve improved it never take before and after pictures.

in order to improve your posture you need to improve your facial form. that's why those youtube posture exercises don't really do much, it's all determined by your facial form.

So djs improves head/neck and general body posture? A lot of people have reported it but I guess they only take pics of their face for the before and after.

build your upper back
My upper back is fairly strong, can row probs around 255 pounds for 1 rep. (Not outrageous but compared to the average person)

Does body fat make a difference as I store most my fat in the stomach/chest?

Yea better facial development means your jaw is more forward which means there's more space for your airway which is right behind the jaw. this leads to better general body posture. it's difficult to explain how it works in words but i suggest you watch a mike mew video on it.

No, it's perfectly natural to walk around like a knuckle dragging hunchbacked ape. (sarcasm)

no strengthening the right muscles can have some effect, but you're pretty limited

Best and easiest way is to chin tuck up against a wall (or even back of a chair if sitting), it will feel weird initially if your posture is shit but overtime it will become a habit

deadlifting helps a lot

Of course it is. But there's no point trying to consciously keep correct posture all the time. Your back muscles are probably extremely weak. Strengthen your spinal erectors, every gym will have a typical back extension machine which will work fine.
