like gimme a regime or routine on how to safely drop calories without stunting any vertical growth?
it wouldnt be so good for me to give you dietary advice because i don't really know shit about diet. yet in my opinion if you were to fit the same carbs, proteins, fats into lesser calories it would wokr.

Just go in a very small deficit if you really don’t want to risk it that will take ages tho shouldn’t stunt your growth if you eat nutritious food

no, you wont stunt growth by doing in a small deficit. if you are overweight you need to change your macros, which is more important than total caloric intake. eat enough protein, eat enough carbs, eat enough fats. sleep is more important at your age anyways. losing 5 kgs over like 3-4 months just by eating more nutrient dense, healthier foods will give you a better chance at your maximum potential rather than staying overweight.
