is it possible to reduce chin width with genio, like this pic

Yes it is possible, although it may create some ‘step off’. Alternatively you can do jaw shaving. South Korea is the best place for jaw shaving. But frankly you do not need a narrower chin. See this thread:

my chin is bigger than my mouth, kinda give me a blocky/ogre lower third
