Is it possible to reverse snus damage?

I’m in the early stage still so the only thing I’ve noticed is that I got some whiteness under my upper lip. So if I just stop taking it can it heal?

And yes you can just stop doing them or put them somewhere else, top lip is most convenient but lower can work.

Nah cuz my only problem is that I actually feel the buzz from them compared to puff. But I have take like 10 where two times they where strong rest were low mg. But a big problem is that the dentist will snitch on me cuz I’m underage

Dentist won't give a fuck unless you have gum recession. Also it's not his place to say anything chances are he wouldn't, he might ask if you do and tell you to stop at most. Shouldn't be a concern. And what mg are you doing?

I got a 2/6 velo so ig 2mg but nah I live in Danmark where I think that they have to inform parents about minors taking snus because it’s a pretty big problem here

might as well not use nicotine it releases so slow

i bought a pack of velo the other week and i thought i got tolerance but turns out they are just terrible

i got pablos yesterday and just putting one in feels 10x better than 4 of those stupid velo, so much faster and more of a rush
