i have read that smoking reduces blood flow to your hair follicles and thus lead to hair loss. on the other hand doing cardio increase blood flow. i have a very hard time to quit smoking but i already reduced it to max 5 cigarettes per day.
first question:
what if you do both? smoke and go running. is it then possible to keep your hair?
second question:
how many cigarettes per day to fuck your hair up? does it happen when you smoke 10,20,30 cigarettes per day?
