Is it really necessary to disinfect dermaroller?

Title. I am lazy ASF and have read some posts of people who just use water or never do it at all (JFL) and are fine. If it's necessary then what do you do or what do you recommend doing?

I assume you would use alcohol? You are always supposed to sanitize things you are putting on your face especially needles

If its brand new and still sealed then no. Otherwise yes or you could get a bad infection.
