Is it safe to maintain a 800kcal intake daily diet?

So i have a very important event in the next two month so and want to lose bunch of fat.I am gonna follow a 800kcal diet with most of them are protein, i also go to the gym as well.Would there be any severve drawbacks(I am now 16)

No and its not effective for weight loss either

Just eat at 1600-1800

Its not safe AT all or HEALTHY at all

But people on here do it all the time

A severe drawback is you have less gains and you are going to stunt ur growth

If you eat 1200 calories but you burn 400 on cardio

Youre still only taking in 800 calories

i wouldnt risk nuking hormones just to get lean at 16 id say otherwise if you were done with puberty
