I heard it has benefits, such as better skin, collagen and less bloat. But are there any side effects? I’m afraid of kidney stones.

I think so if you don't do to much, I've been gotten small stones in my piss before from vit c

Did you notice better skin and less bloat? And what was your dosage?

Up to 2 grams

The human body doesn't need vit C

JFL at u, it's an essential nutrient
How did humans survive so many ice ages without any fruits or veggies that contain vit C then?

you don't need to overcome the suggested vitamin c intake

you don't need to overcome the suggested vitamin c intake
the recommended vitamin c intake for 16 yo male is 75mg, are you sure?

Slightly

Dead serious all of these supplements have such miniscule effects if any that it can be attributed entirely to placebo

Better to stick to the basics imo

Digesting half a pharmacy every morning for possible miniscule skin gains is basement level

Don't expect any aesthetic changes from supps.

It's good for healthmaxxing tho. Vitamin c increases absorption of iron

He pushed Jergen's self-tanning moisturiser while being the palest @Nibba on the planet. That stuff obviously doesn't work, but otherwise yeah he had good skin.

Or just inject estrogen
