You do know that the “Mandibular expanders” that use no surgical intervention, only expand the dental arch since the mandible doesn’t possess sutures to actually widen from an aesthetics standpoint. This means it will only widen inter-orally and not visibly like on the face. Rather, the non surgical expanders just remodel the alveolar bone.
