i dunno im also going to be 16 soon and i take but be careful with the dose one time i got insane hypertonia with tremor and feeling cold and hot at the same time in schoolextremly unpleasant

sometimes the dose can seem low when you start so you may want to take more as i did that time but dont, i dunno about its effects in puberty but who cares anyway, 16 yo is almost an adult unless you habe delayed puberty. go for it
