Is it safe to use Tret 0.025% at 18

Saw so many claims about its negative effects here and also about how it's just fear mongering. Can I still use it safely??

JFL 0.025% is baby level I used to do 0.1% with basically no side effects, I'm on 0.05% now
Don't immediately go out in the sun the night after you applied it or use SPF if you have to
