cut now and get lean or see my psl scale go down as time goes on but get big and cut before summer 2025 hmmyesterday bro
Lifting for a year? Brother. I don’t know your starting point, but you have very little muscle mass on your frame. You need to lift harder and eat as much PROTEIN as possible. Dont worry about bulking or cutting right now. At your size you don’t need to bulk to get stronger/bigger. Stop “working out,” start TRAINING. damn i lift for a year dont even look i liftbulk more, i would say bulk at +500 calorie surplus for 6 months, then cut.
do 2 sets to 6-12 reps and last one to absolute failure, also eat atleast 150g protein and try to eat meat and eggs.
also start creatine for more reps so u can get faster progress.
also do push pull legs x arnold split.
