Im 15, 174cm, 57kg and have only grown 1 cm in 6 months
I dont live near a gym (like nearest one is 70km away and it sucks but works for starters like me) and no matter how much protein i eat and try to bulk i cant put on weight do i just accept ill never ascend. I dont look bad imo but my hairs so shit after getting a buzzcut and i used to be a fag loser in year 7 so everyone hates me. Im a full gin bottle deep tonight so js tell me to ropemax atp
