SOME people can develop until the age of 22 but it depends on your genetic most growth happens until the age of 16-17

Happened for me running test 300mg from 19 thn 700mg tren and anadrol every now and then. Think its genetic dependant though. Same way some ppls voice gets way deeper from testosterone (and taking it) but some ppls voices barely change.
