No, just eat in a small surplus, +150/200 calories a day and lots of protein. Your body will thank u later.

This way, you'll also never have to cut.

thanks, im assuming i do hella cardio as well
 
im also thinking about it but im afraid that ill never get through teenage love with this plan so my advice is that normally I would go to the gym and eat a lot of protein and balance it out somehow
