Should I add cardio to my plan UL+PPL?

Cardio at the beginning of the workout..

It's like crapping yourself before taking your pants off and sitting on the toilet ; you feel good at first and then you regret the decision.

Keep energy for the weightlifting, cardio at the end with what you still got in the tank.
Yes cardio is beneficial

im also doing ppl x ul and i incorporate 0.25mi jog and 4x 15-20s sprints at the beginning of every workout to stim recovery hormones

Are you sure it's beneficial to do cardio at the very beginning of your workout?
