ive heard test has various side effects like producing more estrogen and making your balls shrink etc but im not gonna be able to afford to buy enough suppressants to help with this.
is it really that bad to pin just test by itself, maybe also hgh but with no kind of suppressants

u'd also need some form of DHT blocker either oral or topical to counteract potential hairloss, imo test isn't worth it but there's people here who will defend it to the grave.. each to their own ig

You can run a DHT blocker (cheap) So easily like finasteride.


Ais are estrogen blockers (also dirt cheap) you can get 100 fucking pills for 15 bucks

he was UNSURE if he wanted to do testosterone from the start which is why I proposed to him a more natural, diet based solution.

It's not only the side effects, it's just that if you get off of it you will lose basically all you gained, so it's not worth it in the first place, unless you stay on forever but who the fuck wants to do that

You will lose all the muscles you gained with testosterone. If you take test like the other guy said your muscles will grow even if you don't do shit, but as soon as you get off you'll lose everything.

If you also go to the gym you will build some muscles who will remain after you get off test, but the muscle mass will still decrease a lot. You will still retain a bit but basically just because you went to the gym. You can take things like PCTs that help you retain a bit more when you get off, but honestly doing all this just for some more muscles really isn't worth it. You got all the health risks, it costs quite a bit and you risk getting low quality shit if you aren't careful.

It's really only worth if you cruise but personally I wouldn't wanna be so dependent on something

If you just ask around you'll get a lot of different opinions but at the end of the day you still gotta fact check it yourself, otherwise you risk taking the wrong path just because who led you into it sounded more convincing or confident than others

I mean just use Google or AI. Read studies and articles. It's fine to ask people here or in other forums, but make sure you always fact check what people tell you before trusting it.

If you use AI make sure you check the sources more than listening to what it tells you, because sometimes it just makes shit up.

BW:

TUDCA

Yes bloodwork is SUPER important do not hop on gear if you’re not going to do bloodwork, there are a lot of private labs that you can book appointments for online if you need to, but please do not run a cycle without bloodwork it is a very bad idea
