Is it worth it to change your hairline

i'm not sure if you can add hair in places that never had hair before. but like here you add hair in the red zone and remove hair from the green zone to get a rectangular hairline

yes indeed some foids do ht instead of surgical hairline lowering to correct
congenital high forehead
