Have done it twice for lips and twice for nasolabials, with mono threads and screw threads.
Realistically, you're going to want to use a good few screw threads over a few sessions for some tangible results around the eyes, but they are absolutely worth it. Whether they are worth it for your case specifically is up for debate, but I'd try it nonetheless. PDO threads are very inexpensive and not difficult at all.

I was thinking of mapping it like this with 6 to start then routine microneedling and taz to thicken my dermis further

You can use screw pdos for volume at the folds

What orc did was he dissolved the excess fat with aqualyx then used screws to try to replace lost volume

Worked well for you could try checking out his threads on fixing folds

My main concern is if the monos disolve in 6-12 months and are easier to place would you say I should go with those then see how my results are so the screws are placed better second time around.
