Was wondering if the stim effect outweighs the vascular constriction side effect when it comes to weight lifting in the gym. Need to known before my workout. Need Answers asap
 
the vaso constriction will be minimal lol, ive worked out on amphetamines and its been fine.

idk , what stim effect is there even from nicotine? i do snus and cigs wouldnt say i feel stimmed from them but j do it if u enjoy it. wont impact the workout

vaso constriction is mega good "side effect" when it comes to ur face btw

Well, nicotine constricts blood vessels and reduces muscle perfusion, impairs the pump, raises the heart rate in an unnecessary manner, SPIKES cortisol, and can make you overheat faster.

Take L-citrulline with your nicotine, L-citrulline raises plasma arganine and nitric oxide far better than straight arginine, promotes vasoliation, stronger pumps, and a delayed fatigue. So, ill stay saying, take L-citrulline with your nicotine.
