Struggling to balance BJJ, judo and wrestling with weight lifting. My body feels tired all the time, I know I could just give up fighting and focus on lifting but I enjoy fighting way too much. What's the plan here boyos? Do I just SARM maxx? I'm eating enough protein but still feel fairly fatigued, my tendons and shit ache everytime I wake up.

Just use Test instead of SARMs

Probably not tbh cos you’ll just have to cycle on and off then and probs won’t be able to keep much gains

If you wanna do anything May as well get on a stable dose of 150mg TRT you can actually maintain

I probs wouldn't use sarms of unknown side effects its not really been researched much or expensively, I've also heard it's been known to give cancer to rats in studies (I've not researched extensively)

For you bro, I would legit try eat more first then see how you feel

If still shit, then maybe consider test tbh, way more tried and tested than sarms

For me I think I'll stay natty just to preserve my collagen

My friends do like 8 weeks of LGD4033 + MK677 (growth hormone one not ostarine) for bulking
then do 4 week pct with nolvadex

supposed to be hair safe, but i think its weaker than just injecting test and more expensive.

Nope no drug testing. I just want something safe which will make me recover fast
 
make sure your eating enough fats and carbs and getting 8-9 hrs slee
