So i been debating the infection risk about doing bimax with implants in the same surgery but i am unsure if its worthy considering that the infraorbital implant could catch an infection and its really close to the lefort cut so it would be pretty bad if the infection spreads.
Jaw angle implants aint too risky imo so it could be done in the same surgery but paranasal, malar and infra implants maybe a little more risky, dk lmk what you guys think if its worth the risk or not.
Because the other option would be, bimax and jaw angle implants and then waiting to full recovery and then doing the infras.
