So i been debating the infection risk about doing bimax with implants in the same surgery but i am unsure if its worthy considering that the infraorbital implant could catch an infection and its really close to the lefort cut so it would be pretty bad if the infection spreads.

Jaw angle implants aint too risky imo so it could be done in the same surgery but paranasal, malar and infra implants maybe a little more risky, dk lmk what you guys think if its worth the risk or not.

Because the other option would be, bimax and jaw angle implants and then waiting to full recovery and then doing the infras.:feelswat:

Infras are pretty low risk for infection compared to jaw angles

Is it?, would you do the infra implants and bimax in the same surgery?
i did 3 months ago, the surgeon said infra infection is pretty low compared to jaw angles in bimax and hes never really had a bad infection in infras in a while

you could do undereye filler instead of infra implants, i’ve had it done & it almost got rid of my hollowing

If you have above average infras under eye fillers completely get rid of the hollows. If your undereyes arent too bad consider fillers, but if its really bad implants are necessary.

Would u recommend any specific surgeons for infras?

I think infra is clearly your less risky choice

Not really just one that does 3D designs for implants and peek, then you must study about what you want really achieve in terms of volume and shape imo, you can’t go to a life changing surgery without being heavily informed

good ascension
Everytime i see jaw angle results, people tend to ignore the soft tissue thickness, or barely mentioning it. Goes for any implants but very important for jaw implants merely for their size
