Is it wroth it getting a rhinoplasty here?

I think my nose is okay when im not smiling, but when i do i get this subhuman-tier appearance.
Do you guys think its wroth it in this case?

get bimax (to elevate under eye, better upper lip support, midface lift) and rhinoplasty
but in my opinion yes in this case rhinoplasty is worth it.
maybe also a CCW rotation but idk
