Yup, this is why it’s so important to understand WHY you look the way you do. Otherwise you won’t be able to imagine and understand the changes you need to improve yourself.

Exactly, you can't treat yourself properly if you haven't diagnosed your problems. Not to mention most solutions provided by the net are at most bandaid solvers since more often than not, one issue is one of many byproducts of one deeper lying issue most will initially look over


Considering how varied siblings can be I don't know or think they'd really be good options either
