I would say in order of importance / significance:

Trimax - jaw surgery + chin advancement

Hair transplant depending on NW level

Customized implants: jaw / paranasal

That's about the only hard looksmaxxing that you can do, really. Provided money is no problem coz they're expensive as fuck. Most people cannot afford them.

I think it depends on a person really.

But if we go by sheer statistics, i tend to agree: leanmaxx and jaw surgery would be THE most transformative procedures for the most people.

TBH, I would also include various fillers (temporary implants pretty much). ALSO HAIR TRANSPLANTS.

PS. I personally seen insane transformations with: rhinoplasty, neck and facelift, blepharoplasty (lower and upper) + ptosis surgery. But these are rarer than leanmaxx, fillers, HTs and bimaxes.
