It's not orbital Box Osteotomy. I actually don't know why IT is called a modification since you only affect part of orbital, not displace whole socket
Also still 4mm is great difference

expanding the palate and upwards force would expand the PFL of the eye area over time. the question is how long to attain lets say 3-4mm. I have seen a few examples of people achieving notable PFL improvements naturally in 18+ category. However its unclear how replicable these things are. I am currently attempting it: You will need: palate expansion to a min of 37mm imw, a tongue tie release, growth hormone if your 25+ and then a routine which consists of postural work, hard mewing, thumbpulling and beltpulling (beltpulling is a superior form of chewing). Its unclear how much change can be attained /year. from what I remember J Mew thinks 1mm forward /year 20-25 and after that its even less. whether this rate of change is modifiable is unclear as there is not enough research.
