yes thats quite literally the only solution. genio is an option tho, depends on how much ur chin is already projected. lefort one clockwise rotation needed for short face, while counter clockwise is needed for a long face

i think if your slightly recessed then only a lefort 1 will be enough , but if you have a subhuman chin then you have to go for the combo
