unless ur a body builder having big legs has no fucking purpose. I’m running like 5 set leg days just to not have chicken legs with upper lower, might even do upper lower rest upper rest rest upper repeat

No girls gaf about big legs and they make u look shorter, how do y’all structure ur split to best optimize upper body without destroying ur legs I’ve been experimenting

fatcels tend to have big legs even after getting lean so the only time you should train legs is if you're starting as really skinny
 
It's not leg day builds discipline, if you not doing leg day your other workouts will be worse

Everything basically spikes your cortisol you gremlin and at the end of the day people aren’t gonna make fun of your cortisol spikes they will make fun of your 18 inch legs

I used to hit legs hard for years so I plan on maintaining, but if u got chicken legs hit fucking legs obv
