I'll probably grow to 5"10. But would it be worth it? The cost, recovery and the long term negative affects.

Not at your height tbh, only worth it for turbomanlets (5’4-5’6) to become average.
if you’re 5’7 plus then I don’t think the gains will outweigh the costs
if you are sub 5’3 its over anyway
