Is "liquid rhinoplasty" done with fillers a cope surgery?

Nose is probably the most volatile place to get fillers, even more so than on the orbitals

I keep seeing these instant change "rhinoplasties" and wondering if its truly just cope that low iq women get

Wanted to get a little bit more nasal bridge & radix projection but guess thats not happening anytime soon

It's not cope, but if you're DIY, you should probably study it a bit more, like find out where the major blood vessels and veins in your nose are and avoid them
