Is lower palate width also determined by body posture?

I have bad posture but decent tongue posture (closed mouth, non-recessed jaw, etc), and I've noticed that while my upper palate is wide, the lower one isn't. Generally speaking, I have tighter muscles on the right side of my body, and the jaw is more prominent on the right than on the left. I've flat feet and forward head posture as well. Can the disparity in palate width come from this?

lower palate width is determined by upper palate width. Obviously the lower always is narrower
