I can get lucid dreams if I go to bed late (4 years later than my routine). As soon I lie down on the bed I have lucid dreams without falling asleep.
another way to get lucid dreams is DXM. the day after my dxm trip I had lucid dreams if I closed my eyes at any moment of the day.

Yes and when I wake up I just go back to sleep. I have slept 14 hours many times before. I wish I could live in my dreams sometimes.
