Idk but I get hollow cheeks with a lot of frauding, clenching, looking down, perfect light etc. and I'm at like 14-15% bf maybe, visible abs. Basically bloated but still hollow cheeks possible

It's not a cope & I don't know where people got the idea that you'd look bloated if you chew too much. Your cheeks will become more hollow (how much so depends on how your face looks prior to starting) and it won't lead to you looking bloated.

You can definitely develop TMJ if you overdo it though. Maybe do 10 minutes of chewing on each side per day. If one piece becomes too easy to chew then add another piece & keep going. I'd say three pieces is the most you'd wanna chew at once. Always make sure to chew evenly on each side.

People have a side of their mouth they naturally prefer to chew on, leading to asymmetries over time, so be mindful of that.

It's not all expensive. You can go on Amazon and find a box of 100 pieces of falim gum for like $7. It's sugar-free & there are a few different flavors I believe.

Falim is basically the same shit as mastic in practice.

Idk but does it matter? It's just how wide your jaw is. Bigger masseter will make jaw look bigger I assume. That's why girls botox the masseters to have a narrower jaw.

I get tmj but it was my fault. I get insane hallow cheeks+ramus from chewing

For this is works, but I am in a similar situation as you, I get hallow cheeks only if I flex masseters, but I want to have hallow cheeks 24/7 unclenched and this means I need more muscle mass
