I heard that if you chew all your food with premolars it helps with CCW rotation so i ordered some mastic gum to chew in my free time. Is that method cope or is there actually any evidence that it contributes to the rotation at all or not.

Also is there any other methods for CCW rotation without any hardmax methods without any BS or using peptides.

Only chewing food is not enough, especially if u are not constantly eating hard steaks+carrots and apples! It's like saying walking is enough for ideal calves
