does meditating really increase testestorone, focus , etc as people claim ???

By reducing cortisol maybe but depends on how much cortisol your body is producing if you stress a lot to the point where cortisol damages your looks and you cant recover from the stress yeswhat about looks does it ,improve collagen ,cure darkcircle , increase seminal vol , etc??
