for example bee poison is natural but our bodies don't contain it naturally and therefore is bad and harms us

You gotta ask yourself if the problems you are facing are worth worrying about. If they are you have to work towards fixing them

Well I am 100th percentile in neuroticism so I worry about every tiny detail and then get burnt out and choose to give up

There are some problems that are pressing like surgerymaxxing and getting more sociable but most of my problems are just magnified by 1000x in my own head and I freeze

It’s the only way for me to leanmax without taking Reta so I have to. Any time I get excited, bored or frustrated, I have to say “thats a thought” in my head cause I know I’m going to subconsciously start thinking about food.
