cant find a single bad side to it other than gi issues which can be countered which probiotics andthe xr version of it taken with oats, (fiber) reduces craving leading to weight loss, better workout perfomance. lactosos icidioos or sum shit is seroius concern but pretty rare so js man up, is there anything im mising tho
