I know that mewing is not cope, mewing brought my maxilla and face forwards. My nose got much straighter and much smaller, I basically got a button nose now. And my Jawline improved by a lot. I went from a mltn to a lhtn.

I'm 17 and because I was a early bloomer Im out of puberty. And yeah puberty totally explains how my fucking nose shrink from almost a jew nose to a button nose in 4 fucking months you stupid retard.

I subconsciously mew since I usually don’t talk to people, it isn’t cope but you’d have to do it like all the time, you can’t force yourself to mew you have to develop a habit of doing it.
