A lot people here will say that it's a cope, but I will be honest. IT WORKS, at last for me. When a was very young like 6 I had a defined jaw and cheekbones (pretty good for a child with my age) but unfortunately at that time I started breathing through my mouth and with that you know, all the good definition and pretty face I had was gone. But thank God when I was 17 I found out mewing and today I'm 20 years old, so basically 3 years doing mewing and I have nothing to complain about. But some considerations, maybe it worked for me because since I was a child I've always had a defined jaw, for someone who is super recessive maybe it can't work completely, but try anyway, good luck.
