Is milk bad for my skin?

Went to the dermo couple days ago and he said to me that milk is very bad for my skin due to the hormones in it and some other jfl reason, and my mum isn’t buying milk anymore because of what he said, is this actually true and what can I say to my mum to buy milk again

get milk from farmers that dont inject hormones into their cows. and yeah A2/A1 casein proteins are both still inflammatory in the human body. should make such a difference tho. me personally i drink like 1,5L of raw milk a day from my farmers. i never asked them if they use hormones maybe a bad mistake since i used to have bad breakouts
