personally i have seen huge improvements by doing these things:

minoxidil
ordinary lash serum

testosterone
by taking hgh of some sort - mk, hgh, cjc etc.

also doing shit like just being healthier. less stress, more sun exposure, better foods etc.

Don’t apply directly to lashes. Apply to eyebrows and lashes will also grow.

I've been using it for my eyebrows for a while and my lashes grew a bit as well. I tried putting it on my lashes as well but actually got a stye eye.
The ordinary lash serum seemed to be working though when I tried it once for a few months
