Mb, i should said pet instead of a cat, minoxidil is really toxic for cats and dogs, if u are going to use it be extremely careful and wash ur hands and arms after using it, and dont let ur dog lick you, or just use oral, and about how long it would take i dont really know bc it depends on the person but maybe 2 months.
