i was mainly taking it to improve my physique, as i’m currently around 16% and decently built. do you know anything that would increase height and frame other than hgh?

mk677 will likely bloat you and give you a reddish undertone, your 16 and 6ft you can just wear lifts if you want. Imo it's quite risky but mainly hgh or test with ai will cause you to grow taller, with a wider frame.
